Welcome to buddies For Life

Breast cancer affects us all. It can strike any woman. Your mother... your sister... your daughter... your aunt... your best friend... even you. It is the leading cause of cancer-related death in women between the ages of 40 and 55. In the United States, 1 out of 8 women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime.

We urge you to join News 8's Barbara-Lee Edwards and UCSD Cancer Center as we work together to win the battle against breast cancer. Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive information on the prevention, treatment and support of breast cancer.
